CARE INSTRUCTIONS

-Hand wash with normal temperature water, or machine wash on the gentle cycle.

-Avoid using fabric softener, bleach, and concentrated detergents to preserve the water-repellent film and DWR coating.

- Hang to dry in a shaded, well-ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight and high-heat drying.

HUGDERNDOI prioritizes product quality and customer satisfaction. If there are any problems with the product due to manufacturing or shipping, the company has a policy to provide appropriate assistance under the following conditions.

– Customers must provide an unboxing video , recording continuously from before opening the box until the product is clearly visible, as evidence for verification.

- The product must be in new, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

– You must report any problems within 7 days of receiving the product.

Cases where returns or exchanges are possible.

– The product is damaged or has manufacturing defects. – You received the wrong model, size, or color from your order.

In cases where returns or exchanges are not possible.

– There is no video clip of the unboxing process.

– The product shows signs of use, washing, or modification.

– The product was damaged due to customer use.

- Reporting a problem after the specified time period.

Refund period

– Refunds will be processed after the company receives and inspects the returned item.

– Processing time is approximately 7–14 business days, depending on the payment method.

Shipping information
