Shipping information

– Customers must provide an unboxing video , recording continuously from before opening the box until the product is clearly visible, as evidence for verification.

- The product must be in new, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

– You must report any problems within 7 days of receiving the product.

– The product is damaged or has manufacturing defects. – You received the wrong model, size, or color from your order.

– The product shows signs of use, washing, or modification.

– The product was damaged due to customer use.
